We have three ponds within The Villas community plus many natural common areas and mature trees. The setting is very lush, green and tranquil.
We also have a pool house with rest rooms and two gazebos that are used for social events. The gazebos can also be reserved for personal use by the residents.
The tennis and shuffle board courts are also enjoyed on a regular basis by Villas residents.
Our pool is heated by a geothermal system which maintains the pool temperature at 85 degrees year around. An aquarobics class meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 12 months of the year.
